Timeline for MUN/school directors
Before May 11, 2025:
Please fill out this form to register your interest. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have missed this deadline and still wish to attend, please email us at sjsmun@stjulians.com
May 12, 2025:
You will be invoiced a deposit of 150€ per delegation to confirm your attendance. This amount will be deducted from the final delegation fee. There will be a payment term of 15 days.
April 2025:
Delegation assignments will be sent out. Delegate and staff information will be requested
June 15, 2025:
Full invoice will be sent out with a payment term of 30 days.
October 2025:
Research report and other final details will be published.
December 4, 2025:
We meet in Lisbon for the conference!
Hotel Information
We have partnered with several hotels to offer you discounted rates at accommodations near the venue. Each school is responsible for booking their own hotel, though we are happy to help. Links and prices will be released in May.
Transportation Information
An optional transportation package is available, covering round-trip transfers between the airport and the designated hotel, as well as transport between the hotel and the conference venue. The total cost is 40€ per delegate.
